Wolf & Badger delivers to the UK, the EU and most other international destinations.

All orders are processed from our Notting Hill premises and delivered by express courier. All orders are dispatched from Wolf & Badger after being securely and beautifully wrapped in our luxurious Wolf & Badger packaging.

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day.

We will deliver your item before 5pm the next working day within the UK. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

We also offer the option to collect your package from the Wolf & Badger boutique in Notting Hill between the hours of 10am – 6pm Monday to Saturday or 11am – 5pm on a Sunday.

Delivery FAQs

Who dispatches the stock?

Wolf & Badger holds stock of all items available online. Unlike other websites selling independent fashion and design products, we package and ship each item from our facilities in Notting Hill. You can therefore be assured your order will reach you in a timely manner and expertly packaged in premium packaging materials.

What courier companies do Wolf & Badger use?

We currently use APC or DHL within the UK and DHL for the rest of the world. All deliveries are made using an express service.

What countries do you deliver to?

Wolf & Badger delivers to the UK and all EU countries. We also currently deliver to the following international destinations:

Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Macau, Mexico, Middle East, Monaco, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States Of America.

Are goods delivered in Wolf & Badger packaging?

Yes. Every order is special to us and we carefully package each item in luxurious Wolf & Badger packaging. We use our premium ribbons, tissue paper and bags. Where appropriate we also use original branded packaging from the independent designer of the product ordered.


Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Deliveries to outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes or duties. It is your liability to pay any applicable charges to the relevant local authority.

Our courier company or we will notify you of any charges due in order to release the goods at customs. Any delay in payment of these charges may result in a delay in your delivery

Do I have to sign for delivery?

Yes. Wolf & Badger require a signature for all goods on delivery. Please try and have your deliveries made to an address where someone is available to receive the order during normal working hours.

Can I track my shipment

To track your shipment please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number or track the order on your behalf.
