Archetype creates minimalist and modern linen garments for the contemporary urban woman. Based in Helsinki, Finland, we create garments which transcend trends and turn into wardrobe staples. Our collection features effortless and easy to pair pieces. From the first design draft to the finishing details, our focus is on natural materials and cherishing what surrounds us. This is why we selected linen as the material of our first collection; it is very durable, can be recycled and it is biodegradable. Unlike cotton, linen requires no artificial irrigation or pesticides. For the finishings we are using plastic-free resin buttons and biodegradable label materials. Our collection is produced in Europe in small batches to assure quality and to avoid overproduction and material waste.
