Founded and run by metalsmith Elsa Hedberg in Sweden, ELSA nourishes the idea that the raw material, the craft and the symbolic meaning of one’s jewellery, all hold precious value. Having always had a keen interest in the inherent quality of different materials, Elsa Hedberg also involves herself with studies of symbolism. The two elements come together with finesse and attitude in her latest collections, where the magic of the raw, uncut stones is combined with the clean shapes of geometrics. Remaining conscious of ethical and environmental sustainability, all pieces are carefully handcrafted to a high standard by Elsa and her team in Stockholm, Sweden and London, UK.
