The eponymous Denzel Honoré’s motivation for designing comes from many years of modifying ready-to-wear pieces by adding his motifs to them. He merged his innate Brooklyn style with European aesthetics that were acquired from working at numerous London-based suit retailers. He's made it possible for these contrasting fashion worlds to live together for the sartorially conscious individual. His logo consists of a face covered with an asymmetric "X" wearing a patterned-brim fedora. The "X" represents the negativity and oppositions we continuously face. While the fedora symbolizes the strength and optimism we wear as our defense. The pattern on the brim is his personal touch that became part of his signature; it was created when brainstorming a motif that represents his artistry.
