Ritual:

Traditionally used by Southern Africans to heal and soothe skin concerns, Kigelia africana is a long, sausage-shaped fruit that hangs from the towering tree, and is native to tropical African regions. The fruit has been revered by Malawians as medicine as well as a sacred symbol of protection. Our certified organic kigelia africana is organically grown and hand-picked by the local community in Malawi to protect and preserve the biodiversity of the region. Our Kigelia africana extract is Certified Organic by the Soil Association (UK).
