12 Feb 2020These wool socks are beautifully made. They come up slightly small so order a larger pair if in doubt
Always at 40°C or less, once a week if that!
Hand wash if you fancy.
Wash inside-out to protect the outer surface.
Use only a mild liquid detergent, never use bleach or powder wash.
We recommend liquid wash, or those specifically for wool.
Avoid heavy duty detergents like “Bio” or those containing enzymes.
Wash powder may cause concentrated specks resulting in holes.
Softeners/conditioners can be used, but keep it minimal, excess can lead to pilling because they enable fibres to move.
Merino dries fast, just lay flat.
Cool iron is OK, but not over the label.
Don't send your Smalls to the dry cleaners!
Smalls merino is naturally elastic. Unlike us it has excellent wrinkle recovery, springing back to shape after
each and every wash.
Wear your Smalls year round. Don't hide away... remember hungry moths love wool too!
