Every piece of Steff Jewellery is hand finished, polished to perfection and rigorously QC'd before leaving our workshop.

To keep your jewellery looking its very best please remember it's the last thing you should put on and the first thing you should take off. Avoid all sprays, cosmetics, creams & chemicals such as household cleaning products whilst wearing your jewellery. Always apply perfumes & lotions 20 minutes before putting on jewellery. Do not exercise whilst wearing your jewellery as sweat & natural oils can diminish its shine. Never swim, bath or shower whilst wearing your jewellery. We advise storing your jewellery in the pouch provided to prevent scratches and recommend cleaning frequently with a soft jewellery polishing cloth to maintain its shine and prevent any tarnishing.

In addition, each design is guaranteed by us for one year from purchase date, to give your customers piece of mind for any unexpected issues. On the rare occasion a fault occurs, contact your representative and they will assist and advise you about the best solution.
