ORMAN was created by Setenay Orman in 2018. Believing that simplicity is the truest form of elegance, Setenay has, still, always found herself drawn to jewelry that takes up space in both room and mind. ORMAN stems from the designers’ belief that jewelry always can and should speak for itself and definitely stand the test of time. She draws inspiration from everything that creates intersting shapes and angles, and luers the eye to further examination, making all the pieces in the collections true statements and something to wear with pride and confidence for a long time to come. The company is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where each piece is designed and developed with the technique of lost-wax casting. All production then takes place in the production atelier in Istanbul, Turkey, where all orders are processed and shipped as well. ORMAN combines lines of fine jewelry with the imperfections of handcrafted items. All jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and micro-plated with 18 k yellow gold, rose gold or rhodium for color and luster, or 18 k solid gold.
