We recommend using a jewelry polishing cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny and new gently using the polishing cloth to buff away any scratches or surface abrasions. Wiping your jewelry after wear to remove any dirt and debris is also recommended to prolong the life of your jewelry.

Avoid direct contact with any harsh chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, lotions or sprays.

We recommend storing your jewelry when not being worn in a jewelry box or storage pouch, our packaging is also an ideal place to keep your jewelry safe. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for long periods of time and not storing all your jewelry together to avoid scratches.

Occasionally, you may need to realign the clickers in our huggie earrings. 925 Sterling Silver is a malleable material and it is normal for movement to occur in the post when you are regularly removing and inserting them in your ears. You can use your finger to gently move the post up and down until it clicks into place securely.

We advise against wearing earrings containing low quality metals such as nickel, brass and copper as these are the types of materials that can turn your ears green. If these types of materials have been worn previously, residue can be left behind in the ear hole causing discoloration. For this reason, we recommend making sure your ears are clean and residue free before wearing our earrings to avoid any discoloration and cross-contamination.
