Andrea Walsh

Andrea’s work has recently focused upon an exploration of the box form as both object and metaphor, producing sculptural pieces of intrigue using ceramic and glass. Each piece is hand-made with elements slip cast in fine bone china and kiln cast in glass. Polished and finished by hand, sometimes with opulent 22ct burnished gold, each piece is unique. Based in her studio in Edinburgh, Andrea recently exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery.
