C.Nicol

In 2015, British handbag brand, C.Nicol, was created by designer, Cathleen Nicol. The C.Nicol aesthetic is always graceful, fresh and uncluttered and colour contrasting is used carefully throughout selected styles. C.Nicol prioritises leathercraft over the latest flash trends and this shows in the product composition and construction. Every handbag is made in a manufacturing studio by a team of craftsmen, led by our chief maker who has been creating handbags for some of Britain’s top leather brands for 20 years. In 2016, C.Nicol took home one of the top prizes for design at the IHDA awards in New York – an annual programme for international handbag designers, and was tipped as ‘one of the British bag designers you need to know now’, by the fashion features director of London’s Telegraph newspaper.
