Mekira is "made in Italy" in the heart of London. Our brand is a close collaboration between various designers from different paths of life, coming together to bring a unique perspective and incredible jewelry. Mekira is the anagram of the Greek word “Meraki”, which means to achieve something with creativity, soul, and love. It means putting part of your being into what you do, sharing meaningful experiences with others while giving back to a community. Mekira does not want to turn only to its own self-referential community made up of artists but wants to open up to society as a whole and this is why part of our earnings will be devolved to Artbox, a charity that uses art as a tool to empower and improve the wellbeing of children with autism and learning disabilities
