Materials:   18k Gold Vermeil 
Our vermeil is an especially thick layer of gold bonded over sterling silver. That's 2-3x thicker than standard plating. Because it's gold over silver (as opposed to commonly used brass) it's ideal for sensitive skin and has long-lasting shine and quality.  We like to think of vermeil as the business class of golds.
Care: Keep your jewelry stored in its jewelry box or another air-tight container when not being worn. This keeps out moisture, air pollutants, and prevents scratching against other surfaces. To avoid potentially snagging your clothes, put your jewels on last when getting ready. Do your best to avoid contact with chemicals while wearing your jewelry. Hand sanitizers which have a high alcohol content are especially damaging. Also try to avoid continuous contact with lotions, perfumes, pool/ocean water, hair products, etc. To clean; gently wipe down with a soft, lint-free cloth (eyeglass clothes are a great option) and avoid using chemical-based cleaners. Take extra care when storing these beauties to avoid tangling the chains. We recommend using the little baggies in the bottom of the jewelry box they're shipped it. (When worn, the chains are able to hang freely.)
