I absolutely love Wolf & Badger and will no doubt buy again. The curation of products is fabulous, and shipping is always fast. I only rate down 1 star because I am always frustrated by the lack of product images. I recently bought a necklace, but had to search around online in order to see the length & size of the necklace from other images of it being worn on a model. This lead me to the brand's own website at which point I'm considering just buying direct from them. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, I'm a big fan!

I ordered 2 candles through [email protected], only one arrived. I spoke to Neil from [email protected] who liaised with the designer . Another was immediately dispatched . The candle arrived significantly lighter in colour to the original . I emailed Neil again and he organised a colour match with the designer and another candle was dispatched . Neil was very helpful and efficient at resolving my problem and provided super customer service . He replied promptly and kept me up to date via email with all his efforts to resolve my issue . I am very happy with Neil and the service he provided on behalf of [email protected]
