Marie Stenton

In 2013, Marie Stenton graduated from the University Of Leeds with a First Class Degree in Textile Design. Upon completing her degree, Marie exhibited her critically acclaimed Graduate Collection ‘The Sinners Prayer’, at New Designers, London, and won the Clothworker’s Award for Best Print Design. The Marie Stenton label prides itself on having a strong, edgy brand identity for the confident and fashion forward woman. Marie's original take on print design uses Maco photography to examine subjects in anatomy, biology, chemistry and other fascinating subjects. Everything is 100% designed, sourced and manufactured in England and as much of this as possible is done from her own studio in Leeds. All of Marie's processes are carefully selected to be sustainable and environmentally friendly by creating as little wastage, need for transportation and use of toxic chemicals as possible.
