UK Jewellery Designer of the Year 2013, Sophie Harley, is celebrated for her exquisitely designed handmade jewellery using only precious metals and stones. Her pieces are a fantastic mix of cross cultural eclectic symbolism and ancient goldsmithing techniques. On leaving the Royal College of Art with a master’s degree in goldsmithing and jewellery in 1989, Sophie immediately set up her business creating a range of instantly recognisable pieces which have attracted a cult following for the last 25 years. Sophie is known world wide for designing the legendary Algerian Love Knot necklace and earrings worn by beautiful Eva Green in the James Bond film Casino Royale. Her best-selling collections include Cult Classics, Bonne Chance & Loveknot. She flies the flag for a truly British brand and continues to design, create & manufacture all her pieces in London.
