Some of the language printed on this piece translates to “the true god of main religion”. I wish I knew more about the original document, but I don’t. The colors and subject matter are what intrigue me; it feels so much like The Garden of Earthly Delights painted sometime between 1490 and 1510 by Hieronymus Bosch. I have no idea when this piece was created, but it is much more recent – note the young lady in the bikini top. However, this artist, does seem to share a similar vision of life’s temptations.
This wearable art comes packaged in a cunning box that opens like a book. Each scarf is accompanied by the original image printed on 5x7 inch Somerset Velvet archival paper. Each scarf is hand hemmed.
Due to the handcrafted process and inherent nature of the materials used, slight variations in color might be visible from the listed photos.

Meet The Designer
ImageDiary scarves are one-of-a-kind 100% silk pieces from Scottie Kersta-Wilson's photographic images that touch on travel, war, and nature's unintentional consequences. Rather than using repeated prints, each piece is a complete composition, possessing a distinct narrative. Each scarf is a piece of art & a percentage of proceeds goes to non-profit veterans groups.
Scottie Kersta-Wilson is an Army Brat who can’t separate her military bloodline from her being any more than she can change her eye color. She hopes that her stories, told in fabrics, can add something to the tale and take away from the misery. Credits: Melissa Morley, product photos; Jasmine Cen, video; Amber Allen, model.
