This collection has been made using at least 90% plant-based ingredients or materials.
This collection is entirely made in the designer’s studio and/or by an artisan collective of fewer than 10 people.
This collection has been produced on a small scale, with environmentally sensitive production methods; the constituent materials have been sourced sustainably, and conserve biodiversity.
The brand producing this collection has a net zero carbon footprint.
The products and constituent ingredients in this collection are not tested on animals.
Workers are paid a living wage; no child labour or human trafficking is involved in the production of the collection; the factory is compliant with all local environmental regulations.
All packaging in this collection is recyclable, recycled and free from petroleum based plastics.
Amala (अमल) from Sanskrit meaning ‘pure’ and ‘free from impurities’
Amala Facial Oil is our ‘free from’ oil and is extremely gentle completely fragrance free. It has been specifically formulated for sensitive skin, mamas and those who just prefer to keep it simple.
Soothe / Calendula is wonderfully healing and can help soothe irritate or inflamed skin, redness and itching. It can also help to even skin tone and reduce fine lines.
Nourish / Packed with a plethora of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and antioxidants like magnesium and zinc, seaweed is beautifully nourishing for the skin. It can help with rosacea and the healing of acne.
Hydrate / Evening Primrose is amazing for skin hydration. It contains properties to help with moisture retention, perfect for achieving a soft, dewy appearance. It’s also anti-inflammatory so great for helping to treat acne.
To use: Gently massage a few drops into a cleansed and toned face in the morning and before bed.
Suitable for use throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Meet The Designer
Moksa is a small batch, independent artisan producer of natural, nutrient dense, plant-based skincare.
Our award-winning range is vegan, cruelty free, 100% natural and completely free from parabens, sulphates, petrochemicals, mineral oils and fillers.
Having been hugely inspired by travelling, particularly by India and all its glorious smells and sensations, we wanted to create a brand to incorporate the experiences we'd had. We were also adamant that the brand would carry through all the values that we had seen the effects of first hand.
This planet and all the wonderful living things on it need all the loving care they can get, so having a business with strong values such as ethically sourcing all ingredients, using minimal, recycled and recyclable packaging, using organic ingredients where possible and being vegan and cruelty free are so important to us.
The word Moksa was inspired by time spent in an Ashram in India and is a Sanskrit word meaning liberation, inner peace and bliss, and that’s exactly the intention of the products.
Everything is handcrafted in our studio in rural Devon and beautifully packaged with real rose petals for that added touch of luxury!
