Created in 2009 by British born designer Abenaa Pokuaa. The name meaning Queen & King in the Ghanaian language of Twi was in reference of her Ghanaian heritage.

Ohema Ohene produces the majority of its products at its in-house facility in Ghana. We provide sustainable employment to the local economy, and our workforce learns invaluable international technical skills in garment production. All of the rich prints are directly sourced from Ghana, using authentic traditional motifs blended with contemporary imagery. Our aim is to provide the wearer a sense of glamour & ethically made products. It's our belief that we all can Look Good whilst Doing Good!
