How should I clean my raffia bag?

Keep your bag inside a cotton dust cover to avoid it becoming soiled. You can very lightly vacuum the surface of your bag to keep it dust free but do so cautiously and on a very low suction setting to avoid damaging the weave.


What can I do to clean spills or marks off my raffia bag?

If a liquid is spilled on your bag we recommend absorbing it as quickly as possible using kitchen towel or an absorbent, dye-free cloth. Do not rub spills or apply water, fabric cleaners or bleach. If further cleaning is required take it to a trusted dry cleaner.

Raffia bags can be reshaped while damp. Just follow these simple steps:
- Spray your basket with water or wipe it down with a damp cloth.
- Stuff the basket with towels until you have created the desired shape.
- Leave the basket to air dry away from direct heat.
