As if the the Deborah needed anything else, she just got bejewelled! Along with the 34carat glistening oval citrine held inside her precious grasp the pigeon also flaunts an array of miniature rings on her own claws. Pavé set with orange sapphire, garnet and diamond the birds choice of jewels bring out the warm orange tones and sparkle of the huge centre stone. Through the pale yellow hue of the citrine you can see the ornate handmade twisted gold curls that support it underneath. We love the mix of yellow stones inside gold claws as they bring out the qualities of the different materials within the same color palette. This piece is not for the faint hearted, its a real show stopper.
Solid silver, gold plated detail, 34 carat green quartz, three 1mm diamonds, two 1mm garnets and a 2mm orange sapphire.

Meet The Designer

Born and bred in Hackney, London, Tessa Metcalfe became fascinated with birds early on. After graduating from the University of Brighton, she started designing her line of jewelry with a desire to combine the myths of Leda and the Swan and The Ugly Duckling. Her collection has ‘found beauty in the gutter’ - inspired by the underworld of her hometown.
