Officially renamed as the Elizabeth Tower to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012, the Clock Tower as it was known, is more fondly known by it’s iconic nickname ‘Big Ben’. The tower is home to the 14 tonne Big Ben bell and is currently undergoing some major refurbishment and crucial conservation work which means that Big Ben won’t chime regularly until 2021! However, the chimes will continue to be rung for special occasions during the four-year restoration period.

This print is part of the “London Town ” series, an architecturally inspired collection of contemporary open edition prints incorporating vivid inks and eye-catching textual elements reminiscent of vintage gig posters.

Sold unframed.
