All parts of your Lit Candle can be either Reused, Recycled or are Biodegradable. Reuse - Once, you have finished enjoying your Lit Candle, simply wash out jar with warm, soapy water (you may need to use a spoon to remove the wick tab from the bottom). Use your clean jar as a vase, a glass, a plant pot or even make your own candle! We also encourage you to reuse the ribbon for wrapping presents or making napkin rings! Recycle - Metal tab is recyclable at most recycling centres. Biodegradable - Cellophane packaging is biodegradable. Please dispose in landfill. Candle Care. First Burn - Always burn for 3-4 hours until the wax has melted close to the edge of the candle. Safe Extinguishing - Use a snuffer or lid to extinguish your candle safely. Wick Maintenance - Trim your wick using a wick trimmer to 5mm before relighting your candle to reduce carbon build up. Lighting Tools - Use a candle match or long neck lighter to prevent smoke marks on the jar. Safety First - Never leave a burning candle unattended, place on a solid surface away from drafts and keep out of reach of children and animals.
