What: Frieze Art fair
Where: Regents Park
When: 13th – 16th October
Why: This weekend, London's annual art bonanza Frieze takes place in Regents Park. The fair has art on view and on sale by over 1,000 leading artists from all around the world. As well as all the art you could want to look at, there are also site specific projects, film commissions and various talks taking place.
#2 - FOOD
What: Cheese and Wine Festival
Where: Southbank Centre Square
When: 14th – 16th October 11am – 8pm
Why: Cheese and wine are the perfect pairing, and this festival has both of them in abundance, making it foodie heaven. With tastings, talks, cooking demonstrations and more The Cheese and Wine Festival is a celebration of Britain’s best ethical and artisan produce. There will be cheeses and wines from around the world for sale (and for tasting!) as well as a schedule of cooking and baking demonstrations throughout the weekend, perfect for picking up some tips!
#3 – SHOPPING!
What: OAK Jewelry Trunk Show
Where: Wolf & Badger Boutique
When: Saturday 15th October 1-5pm
Why: For a bit of weekend retail therapy, pop down to the Wolf & Badger boutique on Saturday to the OAK Fine Jewelry trunk show. The designers behind the brand will be in store to show their collections of fairmined gold and recycled silver jewelry. As well as their current collection, ‘Richmond Park’ you will also be able to get a sneak preview of the upcoming ‘Mine’ collection.
