Ordering was quick and really easy. I wanted to buy my friend a pair of earrings she loved as a thank you present. I saw they were sold out but 2 weeks later when I rechecked they were back in stock. I put an order in to be delivered to my friends house but quickly realised I had put the wrong address. I got in touch with customer service and was helped by Kaisha. Although she informed me the designer had already been sent the order, she made a great effort to follow up the order and got in touch to change the address for me on their side. The order is now on its way to the right house thanks to the great customer service and I can’t wait for my friend to receive her surprise gift!

Care & Info

When using perfume, do not spray directly on jewelry or gemstones as this may cause damage or discoloration.
You can wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use chemical fluids and cosmetic fluids on your jewelry.
Keep away from water, hot surfaces, adhesives, acetone and other chemicals.
Store it in cold and dry places, in its own box as much as possible.
Store in the original fabric pouch for extra scratch protection.
