Bettina Duncan is the eponymous fine, handcrafted jewelry line from Designer Bettina Duncan. Inspired by her own love of charms and symbols, her collection incorporates lost wax casting made from hand-carved molds, cast, and finished by her team of artisanal craftsmen in Los Angeles, California who have a tradition of skilled work as gold and silversmiths and featuring precious metals and precious and semi-precious stones. Each of the pieces reflects Bettina's infusion of classic symbols, with her own delicate feminine hand as a designer and the influence of her Brazilian heritage. From her roots in Rio de Janeiro comes a love of natural gemstones and materials as well as using multiple symbols of love, health, spirituality, and self-empowerment worn individually or in combination. For many years Bettina operated the fine jewelry and designer jewelry store inside of legendary California retailer, Fred Segal, before returning to focus entirely on her jewelry collection. Her work has been featured over the years in publications across the globe like Brazilian Vogue, In Style, Town and Country, Mademoiselle, WWD, Glamour, and many more publications.
