Maven Leather + Design

Handcrafted one by one in California in collections of just 25 pieces or less. We use deadstock, minimally-processed, full grain leather hides and celebrate the natural character and longevity they provide. We work with hides of the majestic American Buffalo because they are Native to our landscape and sustainable for our environment. These hides were tanned by small family tanneries in the United States, and some go on to be plant dyed in the Maven Leather + Design studio using organic materials like bark, insects, roots and leaves. We continue to be dedicated to zero waste, respect for Nature and creating an original, heirloom quality bag that will outlive us all and never see a landfill. Maven is leather design from the Future.
