Machine with cold water on a gentle cycle with gentle detergent (don’t use bleach).
Do not put it on the drying machine.
Lay flat or hang to dry (it dries super fast, in like an hour).
If desired, hand wash by soaking in soapy water, rinsing, and laying flat to dry.
