Meet The Designer
British born and of Indian heritage, designer Varun Sharma explores contemporary design through the duality of his inherited British & Indian cultures. Through design he creates a modernistic view of what Indian legacy is and means, while retaining the beauty of bright colors, skills, tradition and craftsmanship.
Bringing this vision to reality involves working between London and Delhi, Varun works closely with talented local Indian artisans and a small dedicated team he to creatively direct the design and production process, from sourcing and pattern cutting to hand embroidery design.
Every piece that is produced is cut individually by hand, crafted by hand and finished by hand.
