100% Finnish sheep wool
CLEANING
Sheep wool is easy to keep clean. Wool is known to have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, and is also breathable, absorbing perspiration and moisture while keeping the skin dry. Thus, it is not necessary to wash wool products often, in fact it is better for the environment to steam iron or air them. When needed to wash, wash by hand in cold water or in the washing machine, as long as you use the wool programme and keep the temperature at 30 degrees maximum. We recommend to use a wool detergent. Do not tumble dry nor centrifuge.
DRYING
Flat dry the product after washing. The easiest way to flat dry is to lay the product on a flat surface with a towel underneath. Do not stretch the product and do not tumble dry.
IRONING / STEAMING
When ironing or steaming your Ekta Helsinki piece, the right temperature is max 150 ° with the iron/steamer.
