I usually celebrate July 4 with a BANG at the annual Macy's Fireworks Spectacular show and party. It's my favorite way to observe the holiday because the event is a front row seat to the most magnificent illuminations in the sky. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus pandemic, parties with lots of people have been canceled. So this year, I'll be spending the holiday in Montauk, probably watching the sunset in my best spirited getup with a cocktail in hand. Happy Independence Day!
