Workers are paid a living wage; no child labour or human trafficking is involved in the production of the collection; the factory is compliant with all local environmental regulations.
The material or ingredients in this collection are at least 80% derived from organic farming.
Showcasing an embroidered snorkelling gorilla on the right leg, they also feature green drawstrings, custom TGB engraved tips, side pockets, a back pocket with zip, 2 back eyelets, and elastic waistband with mesh lining.
The material is made by SEAQUAL, which is one of the most certified, earth friendly fibres in the world. It is a yarn made entirely from recycled plastic captured from the world’s oceans. This is how it contributes to preserving natural resources and reducing the waste in the planet’s water.
All of our items are made in Portugal. For every item purchased That Gorilla Brand will donate €2 to the Gorilla Organization.

We started our journey in 2018 with one mission: to create something bigger than a fashion brand. Something beautiful, raw and uncompromising. This fascinating, gentle and quietly charismatic creature represents the three guiding values at the heart of everything we do: strength, love and loyalty.

That Gorilla Brand is proud to honour the animal that inspires us by supporting The Gorilla Organization, a charity that works tirelessly to protect this great ape and and its habitat. While we always donate €2 from every item we sell, each season we will also nominate one exclusive piece from our women’s, men’s and kids’ collections and give 100% of the profits from these pieces directly to this amazing cause.
