We have taken our silk fabric scraps and made them into a stylish 8" x 6" face mask. The elastics measure 9” all around, and are soft and comfortable. The three layer, soft silk mask is lined in silk charmesue and back with a printed cotton, and should be washed delicately by hand and then flat dried. The natural silk in this style is mixed with metallic thread. It makes the mask have a high shine, but needs to be ironed on LOW, with a cloth in between the mask and the iron. The ruffle has a raw edge, and will fray slightly as it washes, however, the look is still the same.
This mask is a fashion accessory. This is not intended for medical use, this is just an extra step to keeping yourself safe in public, while also looking stylish and supporting a small, woman run business.
