Moroccan Leather Babouche Basic Slippers in deep Indigo, a contemporary pair of bespoke slippers in dark blue leather. Handmade using the traditional techniques of our skilled leather artisans, each pair of slippers is unique and made from organically tanned leathers. Hamid and his team have been making classic babouche slippers in Bohemia's contemporary aesthetic for more than 10 years in their Moroccan workshop, located in the Medina area of Morocco.

The babouche are made from organically tanned Moroccan sheep leather. The scent of the natural tanning will fade quite quickly on airing.

Using traditional techniques to manufacture contemporary products, the Bohemia collections range from hand block printed Wash Bags, leather Babouche Slippers to hand-woven Pom Pom Cushions and Blankets. Based in their studio in Edinburgh, Scotland, they work in ethical partnership with craftsmen in Morocco & India to keep these age-old techniques flourishing.
