This collection is entirely made in the designer’s studio and/or by an artisan collective of fewer than 10 people.
This collection has been made using at least 90% plant-based ingredients or materials.
This collection has been produced on a small scale, with environmentally sensitive production methods; the constituent materials have been sourced sustainably, and conserve biodiversity.
Jute and metallic thread
Please keep your mat under cover in the shade or indoors. Exposure to direct sunlight will result in the colour fading.
Jute is a natural fibre and comes from the stem and outer skin of the jute plant.

Meet The Designer
Handwoven textiles are the crux of what we do, but our story is so much more than that.
Each Langdon LTD piece is handwoven by artisans in villages in various parts of India using traditional techniques and the finest materials and metallic threads. Every single step of the process is done by hand and we’re really proud to work directly with incredibly talent weavers who use traditional looms to create our contemporary patterns and designs. After seven years in business, we are still completely in awe of the magic they create on a daily basis.
Langdon has always been built on a simple and transparent supply chain and every purchase with us supports the communities that our homewares and textiles are created in and preserves generations of skill and craft in an era of mass production powered by technology.
