Style notes
We never use parabens, sulfates, lanolin, beeswax, synthetic perfumes, or palm oil.
Hand made in small batches in the Cotswolds, all our products are naturally plant-derived and never tested on animals, which makes them completely vegan.
How to use:
After showering or bathing, gently smooth a few drops of Body Oil over your body while the skin is still damp. You can also add a few drops to the bath. Either way, take a moment or two, breathe deep, and indulge in sensory pleasure.
Sustainability guarantees
Is the manufacturing process of your collection free from child labour and human trafficking, are all workers paid a living wage, and is the factory compliant with all local environmental regulations?
Is your collection free from parabens, sulfates, petroleum, mineral oil, phthalates, micro-plastics or synthetic fragrances? (ONLY applies if you are a beauty, grooming or candle brand)
Is your collection or constituent ingredients/materials free from animal testing? (only applies if you are a beauty, grooming or candle brand)
Is your collection made exclusively in your studio or by an artisan collective of fewer than 10 people? There should be a focus on preserving artisanal production methods and skilled workers in order to qualify.
Do all items in your collection use vegan based material, textiles or ingredients where normally animal by-products are used by most manufacturers?
Are all items in your collection made with at least 90% plant-based ingredients or materials, e.g. tencel, cotton, hemp, modal, coconut, pineapple? (There can be NO leather or animals based products in your collection for you to receive this icon).
Does at least 1% of all sales of your collection go to a charity partner? This must be a formalised aspect of your business model.
Is your collection manufactured on a small scale in an environmentally sensitive manner, from non-synthetic, sustainably sourced materials, ingredients or textiles e.g. beeswax, silk? (all must apply)
Does your collection use recycled, recyclable packaging and no plastics? (all must apply, and if your collection results in zero waste from the manufacturing process please tick this box)
Are you a carbon neutral business? This requires a certification.
