Pipes are the circulation system of any building. Rainwater pipes - little urban waterfalls - have gushed water from eaves and gables, down and away out of sight for centuries. Stolen Form’s Salt and Pepper Pipes recast the humble pipe in ceramic, balancing this pristine material with the slightly rugged utility of their threads and collars. Repurposing pipes as carriers of salt and pepper, these paired pipes fulfill their new function, and sit on the table-top as a confident aesthetic nod to the beauty of the built environment. Each item is individually handmade and finished in a variety of high gloss, on trend colors.
