Use the scrub 1-2 a week to exfoliate dead skin. Our body scrub is best to be used after the body has been washed. Take a small amount of the scrub and apply it to wet skin. Rub the scrub on the body, in circular motions. Once complete, wash the body scrub off with warm water.
Spray the body oil close to the skin and gently massage in. Use both morning and night, ideally on freshly washed skin. Both products are safe to be used on the full body, avoiding the face.
