The Cleanse range by Lit Candles has been carefully created to help combat stress, anxiety and to promote well being. Pure essential oils offer Cleansing, air purifying, antioxidant, uplifting, stress relieving, all in one small but mighty candle!
The Cleanse candle a mixture of powerful, natural ingredients including cleansing eucalyptus, purifying sage & stress relieving rosemary. The candle is then surrounded with himalayan salt which is known for its air purifying properties.
All parts of the Salt Cleanse Candle are Vegan & against animal cruelty.
Sustainability guarantees
Is your collection manufactured on a small scale in an environmentally sensitive manner, from non-synthetic, sustainably sourced materials, ingredients or textiles e.g. beeswax, silk? (all must apply)
Is your collection or constituent ingredients/materials free from animal testing? (only applies if you are a beauty, grooming or candle brand)

Are all items in your collection made with at least 90% plant-based ingredients or materials, e.g. tencel, cotton, hemp, modal, coconut, pineapple? (There can be NO leather or animals based products in your collection for you to receive this icon).
Do all items in your collection use vegan based material, textiles or ingredients where normally animal by-products are used by most manufacturers?
Does your collection use recycled, recyclable packaging and no plastics? (all must apply, and if your collection results in zero waste from the manufacturing process please tick this box)
Are all items in your collection made with at least 50% recycled or up-cycled materials? (only applies if you are an apparel, accessories, jewellery or homeware brand)
Is your collection made exclusively in your studio or by an artisan collective of fewer than 10 people? There should be a focus on preserving artisanal production methods and skilled workers in order to qualify.
Candle Care
First Burn - Always burn for 3-4 hours until the wax has melted close to the edge of the candle
Safe Extinguishing - Use a snuffer or lid to extinguish your candle safely
Wick Maintenance Trim your wick using a wick trimmer to 5mm before relighting your candle to reduce carbon build up
Lighting Tools - Use a candle match or long neck lighter to prevent smoke marks on the jar
Safety First - Never leave a burning candle unattended, place on a solid surface away from drafts and keep out of reach of children and animals
