Is the manufacturing process of your collection free from child labour and human trafficking, are all workers paid a living wage, and is the factory compliant with all local environmental regulations?
If your collection contains any animal-sourced textiles and hides, are all hides and textiles sourced as a co-product of meat, fishing or population control of wild animals or free-range farming? (ONLY applies if you use animal products)
Does your collection use recycled, recyclable packaging and no plastics? (all must apply, and if your collection results in zero waste from the manufacturing process please tick this box)
Does at least 1% of all sales of your collection go to a charity partner? This must be a formalised aspect of your business model.
Is your collection made exclusively in your studio or by an artisan collective of fewer than 10 people? There should be a focus on preserving artisanal production methods and skilled workers in order to qualify.
Store the silver piece somewhere isolated from the environment. For cleaning you can use baking soda, water and a fine brush.

We believe that through design it is possible to preserve ancestral craft techniques, that is now our commitment to our roots and culture.
We love that we do, you will love it too.
Every piece is designed by artisan Erika Diaz, who learned from the very master craftsmen in Yucatan, Mexico. Founded Mamba and teach others to do it, so Mamba has grown up with it own workshop in Yucatan, and gave more people jobs and opportunities to learn a new skill and earn fair wages.
Erika collaborate with communities to make the packaging made of Jipi Japa and other natural materials that can be reused. Working with these communities gives them a fixed income and you end up with a product zero-waste.
Mamba is part of a foundation called AMANC Yucatan that helps and supports children with cancer in Yucatan.
