AGENCY Footwear

A sustainable performance sneaker brand, "inspired by and designed for everyone helping the world: embrace equality, heal the planet, change the system, and fix the future." Founded in 2023 in Brooklyn, NY by a career shoe designer with experience at New Balance, Diesel, and Converse who became frustrated with how little was being done by the business community to address capitalism's massive unintended consequences. In 2024 AGENCY Footwear officially partnered with The Gathering for Justice nonprofit founded by the late, great Harry Belafonte, and was awarded the Global Footwear Awards, Brand of the Year! In 2025 AGENCY won both a gold and silver Anthem Award, and in early 2026 AGENCY finally joined the official Wolf & Badger community .
