These garments are soft & flowing over your skin, and meant to bring feelings of beauty, mystery and comfort in ones self. Babs, aka Barbara Norman, is a professional photographer, artist, & now fashion designer. Her passion for photography & fashion has evolved into her newest adventure, Babs Boutique NYC.
