GOOD KRAMA

YOU MEAN KARMA RIGHT? Nope, we mean krama. The krama is a traditional silk or cotton scarf made of thousands of tiny squares that reflects the tumultuous history of Cambodia: a patchwork of contrasting hues, of darkness and light. Used in hundreds of different ways by people of all socio-economic backgrounds, the krama materializes the balance between function and aesthetics. GOOD KRAMA is a slow fashion label that produces high quality, versatile and trans-seasonal pieces for women and men. We either upcycle local factory waste or hand weave luxurious fabrics following ancestral techniques. We partnered with local NGOs and social enterprises to help Cambodian communities find financial independence through vocational sewing training and textile weaving. Our low impact processes and centralized supply chain means very little resources are used to create our garments compared to current industry standards. We use recycled and recyclable packaging and offer worldwide carbon neutral shipping ! Learn more about our sustainable design process at www.goodkrama.com
