I’m Giuliana Rusi, a Venetian designer with a background in banking. After more than 15 years of traveling for work, I grew tired of carrying too many bags — one for each role I had to play. When I returned to Italy after three years abroad, I decided to create the workbag I had always dreamed of: one that could be both functional and beautifully made. Inspired by the elegance and strength of Venetian women, I founded Mia First — a collection of Italian-crafted bags designed for women who move through life with confidence and purpose. Mia First is more than a bag — it’s a statement of self-assurance. When you carry it, you don’t just walk into a room — you arrive.
