Similarly, take off your pieces before applying suntan lotion or swimming in chlorinated pools to avoid discolouration or tarnishing. Allow any body lotions and creams to fully absorb and dry on your skin before putting your jewellery back on.

For a more thorough clean, use a mild, eco-friendly dishwashing liquid with warm water. Gently clean your jewellery with a soft brush, rinse well, and dry using a paper towel. To ensure all moisture is removed and help prevent tarnishing, finish drying with a hair dryer on a low setting.
