Capri Swim™ curates luxury swimwear for men & women uniting refined minimalism with design to create a world shaped by art, travel & community. Founder, Ashley Capri, a Toledo, Ohio native, moved to NYC in 2009 to pursue her dance career and later became the first Costume Manager & Consultant for NBA Nets Entertainment, where she learned the nuances of fashion design. While searching for a minimal thong bikini she realized it did not exist, so she designed her own. Capri Swim™, born in 2020, expanded into men’s luxury swim and transitioned to small-batch manufacturing in NYC’s Garment District. Rooted in storytelling and artisan craftsmanship, the brand features reversible designs and signature gold hardware inspired by Ashley Capri’s Guyanese heritage. See yourself as art in Capri Swim™
