Stavros Constantinou

Stavros Constantinou is a goldsmith based in London who has been working in the trade since 2005. Having been traditionally trained in Hatton Garden, he is now undertaking his own commission work. Working closely with artists has exposed his creativity to the possibilities of being organic and free with metal. This has led to the development of his own line. Following a period of extensive travel and inspired by Mayan culture with their exploration of metals in their purest form, he created and recreated. Stavros moves the metal using the flame as his brush. A majority of the materials used are recycled from antiques which have been put out to pasture. Working this way gives the pieces a bold and strong style.
