Size is selected according to the waist measurement. If the waist measurement is 74 cm, the correct size is S, meaning the product is adjustable from 69 to 79 cm.

XS: from 61 to 71 cm
S: from 69 to 79 cm
M: from 77 to 87 cm
L: from 85 to 95 cm
