A wool blazer with a 100% viscose lining is best dry cleaned to protect the wool, preserve the lining, and maintain the blazer’s tailored shape. Avoid machine washing, as wool can shrink and viscose becomes weaker when wet. Between wears, air the blazer out and use a soft clothes brush to remove dust and lint. If needed, use low heat with light steam to remove wrinkles, preferably with a pressing cloth. Store the blazer on a sturdy, shaped hanger to help it retain its structure, and keep it in a breathable garment bag for long-term storage.
