Product Details

Thalis is a Naguisa classic, a crab-style sandal that adjusts to the instep with a buckle. The cuts are made of goatskin. Cowhide lining. The footbed is cushioned with foam and lined with natural cowhide to allow your foot to breathe better. The sole is made with a double jute braid, a small wedge for greater comfort and a non-slip rubber sole. The total height is 3.5 cm.

Thalis fits true to size. It’s a style designed for all types of feet. To enjoy your Naguisa shoes for a long time, we recommend following our care advice.

1. Use a damp cloth to clean the upper, the lining, and the insole or a soft brush to remove dust.

2. To improve the aging of the leather, we recommend applying a colorless nourishing wax or polish, ideally an environmentally-friendly product.

3. The jute should not get wet; if it does, let it air dry. The uppers are hand-stitched to the sole.

NAGUISA (næˈgiːza), in japanese: the pattern the surf of the sea draws on the shoreline. I was born in the summer of 2012 on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, the result of the union between product designer Claudia Pérez Polo and architect Pablo Izquierdo López. We mapped out a route with a clear destination to which we stuck tenaciously: to give life to beautiful shoes that would adapt to each person’s feet. Because what’s the point of having pretty shoes if you can’t walk in them? Naguisa is now present in over 20 countries thanks to the women around the world who have shown us, ever since we set sail on this adventure, that we are not alone as we cross the high seas and that they are absolutely on board with this opportunity to wear comfortable, distinguished shoes.
